Horrible. Dirty. Burnt cheese balls. Dust right next to my booth. Out of ketchup. No one was wearing approved Dairy Queen clothing. Terrible experience

Experience could be better. Milkshakes were melted, service was slow, chairs were up midday, tables still needed wiping off, and orders were mixed up 3 times and never corrected properally. Staff needs better training to fix these mistakes. Not young kid friendly as you could hear profanity in the kitchen.
